Class facilitators guide participants through weekly sessions using provided videos and materials. You’ll help foster conversation, encourage reflection, and create a welcoming environment for people to grow in their understanding of God’s mission in the world.

Time Commitment:
Most classes run for 4 weeks, depending on the course. Expect to commit 2–3 hours per week during the session to prep, lead, and connect with participants.

Requirements:
Facilitators should be comfortable leading group discussion, encouraging participation, and managing group dynamics with grace. No teaching experience needed—just a heart for discipleship and willingness to follow the course material. Training and support will be provided.
