Support groups

Experiences of relational brokenness can leave us reeling in sorrow and isolation.
If you are walking through separation or divorce and seeking support and tools for this challenging experience, join us for 13 weeks of video material and conversation offering the insight of those who have experienced the loss of a marriage and wisdom of how to make it through.

DivorceCare program visit

If you’ve lost a spouse, child, family member, or friend, you’ve probably found there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone. GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences.

For more information about the GriefShare program visit

Mondays at 1pm starting on January 22.

Sanctuary Mental Health

The Sanctuary Mental Health Course is a study guide for small groups, designed to raise awareness and start conversations regarding mental health. Over the course of eight sessions, participants will:
• explore the intersection of faith and mental health
• expand their understanding of mental health and mental illness
• examine the effects of stigma
• define the principles and processes of recovery
• reflect on the importance of companionship
• learn about self-care, discuss next steps for their community.

These in person sessions include informative reading, discussion questions, reflection exercises, and prayers. Compelling films featuring people of faith who have journeyed through mental health challenges accompany each session.

Mondays at 7pm starting on January 29.

Visitation Team

Covid has altered how & when we gather, but our heart to offer fellowship hasn’t changed.
If you or a loved one could use a phone call or a visit (if possible) please contact our team co-ordinator Patti Pharo at or 403-381-2486

Meal Support Team

Our meal support team offers the gift of a meal during crisis or loss.  If you or your family is experiencing unexpected hospitalization, illness or loss our team can lift the burden of figuring out “what’s for dinner” to free up your time & energy to focus where you need to. Or if you have welcomed a new baby to your family, our team would love to celebrate with you by bring you a few meals to help with those first couple of weeks.
If you would like to request meal support for yourself or a loved one, please contact our team coordinator Bev Bellamy at
