Annual General Meeting – November 8

Join us for our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Sunday, November 8, as we gather to reflect on the past ministry year and look ahead together. During the AGM, we’ll celebrate stories of how God has been at work in and through E-Free, review our financial reports, and consider proposed amendments to our constitution and bylaws.

We’ll begin with lunch in the gym at 12:30pm, followed by the meeting at 1:15pm. 

Childcare will be available after lunch so that families with young children can participate fully in the meeting.

To help us prepare enough food and arrange childcare volunteers, please register in advance.

Gluten-free and dairy-free lunch options will be available.
