Executive Director of Administration

The Evangelical Free Church of Lethbridge (www.efreelethbridge.ca) invites qualified applicants to apply for the full-time position of Executive Director of Administration. This person will join a dynamic staff team, providing leadership and support so as to advance the ministry reach of the EFCL.

Preferred qualifications, abilities, and skills include the following:

• Strong leadership and management experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Proven administration experience
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
• Reliable and self-motivated
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
• Effective team player
• Commitment to excellence
• Proficiency in office productivity tools and software, including Microsoft Office 365 Suite; experience with QuickBooks beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent; college training preferred
• Knowledge of and commitment to the mission, vision, and values of the Evangelical Free Church of Lethbridge
