Service Saturdays 

“Christmas Decorating Party” 

Saturday, November 15, 2025 

8:30AM – 3PM 

TASKS: 

• Pull all trees and ornaments out of storage 

• Set up Christmas trees in multiple locations around the facility 

• KZC 

• KZ Foyer 

• West Foyer entrance 

• East Foyer 

• Coffee Bar 

• Office 

• Gym 

• Worship Centre 

• Decorate Christmas trees 

• Put away all tree & ornament boxes 

VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS 

• Ladder use 

• comfortable using 3-10 ft ladders (not required for all volunteers, but at least 2) 

• Lifting & Motion: 

• Able to lift and carry 10- 40 lbs depending on task (Christmas Ornament bins, boxed Christmas Trees; team lift will be required for some) 

• Ability to do stairs while carrying boxes an asset. 

• Able to lift arms above head 

• Physically capable of climbing ladders safely (not all tasks require this) 

• General: 

• Comfortable standing for extended periods 

• Willing to follow safety instructions and leader guidance 

• Ability to work in teams and independently
